EDET JOHNATHAN EKERE B.Sc. M.Sc. MBA. | Senior Consultant
Mr. Ekere is the former Executive Director of Operations at Nigerian Export-Import (NEXIM) Bank in Abuja, Nigeria. He was appointed to the position by the President of Nigeria in 2003.
Mr. Ekere started his banking career in 1981 at the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank, now Bank of Industry, joining as an Industrial Engineer and then working in the Project Promotion and Development Department. In 1987, he joined NAL Merchant Bank, now a member of the Sterling Bank Group, as an Assistant Manager in the Project Finance Unit. Here, he participated in the formulation and implementation of the World Bank assisted Infrastructure Development Fund and Health Systems Fund. At NAL, he led many key Departments including, Treasury, Construction & Public Sector, Financial Advisory Services and Investment Banking. He left the services of NAL in 2003 as a Deputy General Manager, and a well-rounded Investment Banker, to accept the appointment as Executive Director of Operations in NEXIM Bank.
Today, Mr. Ekere is an esteemed member of several professional institutions. He is an Honorary Senior Member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Nigeria Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators, a Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, a Member of Tau Beta Pi(Engineering Honor Society in the United States of America and member of Nigeria's National Implementation Committee for the Review of the first National Implementation Plan of the National Vision 20:20.
Mr. Ekere holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida in 1978 and 1980 respectively. He received a MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos in Nigeria and an Advanced Management Diploma, AMP 15, from the prestigious Lagos Business School.
EMMANUEL ADETUNJI SHYLLON MSC, GEODESY WITH DISTINCTION. PHD, MNIS. | Project Manager
Mr. Shyllon is a GIS Analyst, Surveyor, Lecturer, Consultant, and Researcher with over 20 years of experience with the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS), and ENPLAN Group. His specialization includes GIS and GPS application development, geospatial data analysis, and sustainable water management and has published over 13 professional articles. Mr. Shyllon managed the CAS customer enumeration Cross River State Water Board Limited project which was funded by the African Development Bank Group.
DR. RAPHAEL EBHOJIE PHD. | Project Manager
Dr. Ebhojie is an economist and financial analyst with over 30 years of experience in government, water project management, and financial restructuring. He served as Director of the Ministry of Finance, Division Manager of the African Development Bank, and Program Officer for the World Bank. While working for the Federal Ministry of Finance, he received special management training by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Dr. Ebhojie has served on the Board of Directors of the Nigeria Industrial Development Bank (NIDB), Peugeot Nigeria Automobile Limited, Benue Cement Company and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria. Dr. Ebhojie managed four World Bank funded projects for CAS, including the Adamawa State Water Board Water Supply Project, the Ogun State Water Board Project, and the Kaduna State Water Board Projects.
ABIODUN KESTER EKE MBA. MEng. | President
Mr. Eke is a development consultant, certified management consultant, and cost accountant, with over 30 years of executive experience in development finance, industrial engineering, banking, and business management. He is the former pioneer Chief Executive Officer of the government-owned development and investment agency Universal Investment and Development Company (UIDC) Plc. He is also the pioneer Managing Director of UIDC Securities Limited, a dealing member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange and issuing house. He was appointed to both positions by the Governors of Edo and Delta States.
Mr. Eke began his professional banking career in 1981 at the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank (NIDB), now Bank of Industry, as an Industrial Engineer and then Senior Investment Executive of the Investment Supervision Development Department. In 1987, he joined NAL Merchant Bank, now a member of the Sterling Bank Group, where he served as an Assistant Manager and then Deputy Manager in the Project Finance Unit. Here he helped formulate and implement the Infrastructure Development Fund and Health Systems Fund, both assisted by the World Bank.
Today, Mr. Eke is an esteemed member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC) in Washington DC, Certified Management Consultant in the United States of America and the United Kingdom, Fellow of the Institute of Management in the United Kingdom, and an alumni of the World Bank Development Institute in Petroleum Finance Management. He holds a Bachelors in Engineering, an MBA with distinction in financial management, a Masters of Transportation Planning and Engineering from City University of New York, an honorary Doctor of Divinity, a pending DBA in Business Intelligence from Capella University and a pending Masters in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
Mr. Eke is listed in the 56th edition of Marquis Who's Who in America and has the distinction of being an American Alien of Extraordinary Ability. Mr. Eke has successfully built business across three continents, operating primarily in London, New York, Lagos and Abuja. He is the President of Primus International Consulting.
